The eyebrow gel formula sculpts, tints, tames, and enhances eyebrows with a flexible hold. The castor oil, which can also be used on lashes, promotes hair growth during sleep.
How to Use:
During the day, lightly brush the brow gel onto brows in an upward and outward motion. After removing makeup, apply the castor oil. Leave on overnight and rinse off with cold water in the morning.
